(1) If a person holding a public office commits an offense under this Act, he shall be punished with an additional thirty percent of the punishment imposed on other persons.
(2) Any action against a disabled senior citizen or a senior citizen who has completed seventy-five years of age, regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, is considered an offense according to the prevailing law; If he does, he will be punished with an additional twenty-five percent of the punishment prescribed in the prevailing law. But this provision will not be applicable if the punishment is life imprisonment.
(3) If a person who has been punished according to this Act commits the act for which such punishment is committed again, he will be punished by an additional ten percent each time.
